You see, there was a private group of people who were hired to fight alongside the regular Russian military in [Ukraine](Ukraine.md) called the Wagner Group. They are not part of Russia's official military and been paid to fight in a number of countries around the world and are known as mercenaries. Now, here's where things talk. Kicking off because the group's leader, pgo, recently accused Russia's top two generals of misleading Putin and the entire country of the initial reasons for the invasion of Ukraine itself said the military had starved his troops of ammunition and even carried out an attack on his fighters. He continued by claiming that a large number of his troops were killed and vowed punishment to those responsible by marching his remaining troops to the country's capital Moscow. And so he did. It seems that the Russian government took this very seriously with Putin addressing the nation, asserting that pian. Claims were false and that he'd stabbed him in the back. The FSB opened a criminal case calling for his arrest while in Moscow, they prepared for the arrival of his troops by beefing up their security. But the part that doesn't make any sense is that Wagner has roughly 25 to 30,000 troops as opposed to Russia's estimated 800 thousands. And that's without taking into account ammunition and military equipments. What this comparatively small mercenary group planned to do once in Moscow, we'll never know because guess what just happened in the last. Hour, the troops made significant headway and got within 200 kilometers of Moscow before announcing that they've struck a deal, will stop their march of justice and turn around. So the question everyone now seems to be asking is, did this march ever have the intention of conflict because the chaos, the march alone caused in Russia could be seen as enough of a win for the Wagner group. I mean, Russia, civil War is trending right now. Definitely not the united front of country at war would want to maintain. Whatever just happened today was either stupid or genius. And I guess we'll just have to wait and find out which.
